I bought this device on 2nd Jan and signed up for a free 30 day trial of Amazon music.
I've had an email to say my trial has ended already (2 weeks later)!
I'm being told that there's a payment problem but my account payment method is up to date.
When I try to set a payment up there is no £3.99 per month option available and this is what I want to sign up to.
Can you tell me how I can activate this?

You can sign up for the Amazon Music Unlimited for Echo plan with your voice by saying the following to your Alexa device,
"Sign up for Amazon Music Unlimited."
Remember the £3.99 is the "Echo plan" which only works on the device you sign up with. Fine if you only have one Echo device but you need a more expensive plan if you want to stream to more devices.
