I had to change my SSID to accommodate a new wi-fi extender. My Echo Show and Echo re-connected no problem but the Echo Dot keeps coming up with registration error
188.8.131.52.1 - I have tried de-registering my Dot and adding a new device but that hasn't helped. Ive rebooted router, extenders etc to no avail. Can anyone suggest my next move please. Kind regards
There's a post on the US forum regarding the same issue and the poster was advised to contact Amazon Customer Service through the Alexa app ('Help & Feedback > Call Customer Service > select device > select category > select issue > verify info > Call Me') for troubleshooting.
