Can anyone please help me with set up. I think I applied the wifi password incorrectly at the 1st set up and now I can't seem to change it. I keep getting bad password
Hey John, You can start the setup process over by restarting the Alexa app, and Unplugging your Echo for 40 seconds. This way you can start fresh and get your new Echo Plus all ready to go!
