Not sure if there is such a thing however thought I'd ask.
My daughter is disabled and whilst she can speak her words are sometimes difficult to make out. Is there anything (such as a skill) available that would allow you to program/tag words in order that they would be understood/picked up by Alexa. For example, you would setup the skill (or whatever) and select a word such as Alexa and then have the person say Alexa. For people with speech problems/disabilities this could be huge. For us personally it would make so many things accessible.
If it is helpful perhaps come back and guide others on what to do.
The HELP pages for devices and the Amazon Alexa facility are pretty huge and seem (to someone who does not use the service) to be pretty comprehensive. It may be worth sitting down with a nice coffee and just browsing randomly through the guide/headings to get comfortable with what you expect and to be amazed with things you had never even thought about? But the device and apps are yours and you should play with them as you choose.

I have no idea if this help page is relevant or helpful:
