Just got a new Echo Spot and trying to sync it with a new Dot but it isn't showing on the Alexa app, any ideas?
Welcome to our forum! What do you mean by "trying to sync"? To set up your Spot, turn on your Echo device by plugging the included power adapter into the device, and then into a power outlet. Follow the prompts that appear on the screen to select a language, connect to Wi-Fi, log in to your Amazon account, and review the Terms and Conditions.
If you're not able to set up the Spot, follow these steps to factory reset your device:
Say, "Go to settings," or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
Select Device Options, and then Reset to Factory Defaults. This erases all your personal information and settings on the device.
