I have bought an echo spot for my husband and managed to deregister it from my account .. I cannot find out how to register it to his amazon account ... Also it keeps saying on the spot cannot connect to our wifi although wifi working perfectly .. so basically we cannot do anything with it at all ...very frustrating ..
Any advice for setting up/registering a brand new echo spot would be most appreciated ..
You simply use the Alexa App on any applicable device (obviously that device needs to be registered to your husbands account - the link to the account is then automatic,) - click the Add New Device and then tap the Spot icon - it does the rest for you.
If that has not worked then perhaps contact Amazon using the HELP button on every Amazon web page so that they can offer you detailed person-to-person assistance.
