I have a 1st gen echo show that cannot set alarms in the afternoon. Same for the one in the adjacent office that i bought as a present. It keeps saying "alarm for what time" and after 5 goes, it says "there has been a fault". This applies to 12hr and 24hr clock. It has been reset on multiple occasions so is obviously a bug. Any ideas?
