I've followed the steps for linking my Spotify Premium account to my do, but when I get to "link new service" and select Spotify, it flashes up the next screen and closes it again. I can briefly read "no network available". But I definitely am connected to a network: I've tried two different WiFi networks as well as 4G - all of which are working fine for all other services.
Yes, for all of you out there who have been advised by Spotify to reset your account password and re-login to your Spotify app on all of your devices but then found that your Alexa app was no long linked to Spotify and were unable to do so via the Alexa App Settings > Music > Link new service, then you have yo use the website as mentioned above to unlink/link your Spotify service. This will then fix the issue in the Alexa app. This was very annoying for a few days!
