Having trouble linking Echo Dot with Hive Hot water on the amazon app.
You need to tell CUSTOMERS (this is a CUSTOMER to CUSTOMER forum. you are NOT talking to Amazon Technical Support) what is the nature of "trouble" - we can not see your account, devices, setup, apps and instructions :( (nor can Amazon Forum Moderators).
You may find help if talking for free to Amazon Service Desk people using the HELP link on all Amazon pages - they will go as far as they can all for free.
You may also find solutions from the HIVE website. Afraid I have no "hive" experience so can not say if their help is free or useful.
