Is it possible to attach or link an Echo Dot to a screen so it has the same capabilities as Echo show?
Got a second question and didn't want to bombard with 2 new threads:
I read somewhere that Alexa can control Roku devices, but Alexa can't find mine.
I have "Roku 2", which is a TV box that wires to our TV. I'm not fully familiar with Roku and haven't sussed it yet. We got it while clearing out my uncle's house when he died a couple of months ago and still confused by it.
I read that I need a Roku account for it to work, but how would not having the device logged in stop Alexa from finding the device at all?
I live in the UK (in case that's relevant for device compatibilities).

Thank you.
Hi A Winters,
No. Or at least I am not aware of any such possibility. I would be interested to know if I am wrong. Happy to be corrected.
There is this Roku skill and Roku support page.

Wait and see.
I would not be surprised for a device to be out soon.
We already have the Input, Connect and Link.
I assume you have tried all the "turn off then on again", "reset your Echo", stuff.
I don't think this is ever going to be likely with current devices. For a start, the Echo Dot doesn't have any ports that would push video.
