Having problem sending messages threw my echo dot, when she says do you want me to send and I say clearly YES, she keeps saying cancelling, anyone any ideas on how to solve this problem?
You may also want to check the name or contact or alias you are trying to message. For instance it may be trying to message MUM (on the old home land line number) rather than MUM (on the new, current mobile number). Is this possible to check ?

Thanks for reply n suggestion, software is updated, I've had my dot for 8 months now and this problem with the cancelling only started about a week ago, speaking to family it seems we are all experiencing the same issue.
