I subscribe to Amazon Prime and so should get Prime music for free. I can listen on my laptop but our New Echo (alexa) doesn't find it … HELP !!
I subscribe to a Music service that Amazon deliberately try to hide … I don't want to add to the subscriptions at the moment .. Alexa is just towing the company line at the moment..
How is Amazon 'deliberately try[ing] to hide' your access to Prime Music? Do you have Prime Music set as your default? What is Alexa saying? Are you certain the Echo is registered to the same Amazon account with the Prime membership? Is your Amazon account linked to another in an Amazon Household? (If so, Prime Music is not a shared benefit with the non-paying member.) If you created a Household, have you confirmed the Echo is currently accessing the paying member's Amazon account?
