Slightly weird bug I have come across that I've had for a few weeks.
I'm unable to add an alarm to my echo spot via the Alexa app.
I used to be able too, but now it just says:
"Unable to update alarm, please ensure your device is connected to your WiFi"
Thing is, both my devices are connected to my wifi & with perfect signal.
Now if I set a new alarm via voice, that is perfectly fine. Works great.
If using the app, I can turn on previously set alarms & as soon as I turn them on, it appears on the Echo spot.
I just cant seem to add a new alarm via the app no longer nor edit previous alarms.
I have attempted a reset twice & plenty of power resets, nothing seems to fix this bug. I've noticed the app has updated several times, but still no luck.
Should add all the devices I'm using with this bug (all complete up to date firmware etc)
Galaxy Tab S4
Welcome to the digital and device Forum!
I am sorry you are having this issue.
You did quiet some troubleshooting steps already.
I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this resolves this issue.
Uninstalling the app disables previously enabled operating system level feature permissions. Once you have finished reinstalling the app, please revisit each feature and re-enable any relevant permissions.
