For approximately a week my Stereo Sub Pair speaker group has been unable to play Amazon Music on the Alexa app. I can voice activate the speakers to play but, when I go into the app., browse and select an artist, playlist, station or anything else, I get the message, “Unable to play request”. I have reset my router, reset the devices and unpaired and re-paired the speakers, all to no avail. My other devices and speaker groups can connect seamlessly. Just a problem with the Stereo Sub Pair. I spent a fruitless two hours on Amazon Chat explaining and re-explaining the problem to four different customer services agents, waited for return phone calls and mobile calls from people who didn’t know what the original problem was.
Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?
