When I select the 3 dots in the top right corner in edit routines I just get a grayed out screen with the word cancel in the lower right hand side.
I have de-installed / installed the APP.
Added / removed actions / rename the routines but nothing I do will delete it.
Is anyone else getting this?

You've done a great job troubleshooting, and I'm so sorry you're still having this issue!
The next step we would recommend is to restart your modem and your Echo device.
A) To restart your Internet modem, and router:1. Turn off your router and modem, and then wait 30 seconds. 2. Turn on your modem, and then wait for it to restart.
3. After you restart your modem, turn on your router, and then wait for it to restart.
4. While your network hardware restarts, unplug the power adapter from your Echo for three seconds, and then plug it back in.

There is nothing wrong with my internet and the issue is on the Android phone running the Alexa App (which has been updated and the phone recycled). No change.
