I have recently bought echo dot 3 everything was running properly until I wanted to pair my osram enviroment to Alexa. There is a skill called LIGHTIFY V2 Europe, but on my account i only can enable the North America version, there is an explanation that my account is set up for Amazon.com. I've tried several times to create new accounts on amazon.uk, but even on uk account I have same issue :/ How can I fix it?

I'm sorry that you have this problem. You can change your country settings by following the troubleshooting steps listed below.
Update Your Echo Device Country Settings
Change your country settings to your local Amazon website to get access to content and features on your Echo device.
Note: UK Skills and the UK English language setting are supported on all Echo devices.
Select Settings. If you are using a mobile device, select the menu icon, and then select Settings.
Under Country Settings, select Change and add your local address.
Below the Change button, there is a statement: "Click here to learn more about other Amazon sites you are eligible to shop, based on your country of residence." Open this link.
Select Learn more, and then confirm your new location under the section "Update your default Kindle Store to Amazon.co.uk." If prompted, enter your Amazon account credentials.
If you have already activated your device, go to the My Devices tab in the Manage Your Content and Devices, and deregister your device. Register the device again using the Alexa app, and then select your country's default language.
