On my two Echo 2nd Gen I can say‘ Ask the BBC to play Tony Blackburn’s Golden Hour’ and they both will play the request. However on my new 3rd Gen I get the response ‘ Here is Tony Blacburn’s Golden Hour ‘ and then nothing plays? What am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Add the name of your new device to the end of your request. (ALWAYS give devices unique names)
