My Kindle Fire is only screening upwards. Please advise
I cannot get my kindle fire to stop going upwards.
If you are referring to the Fire's orientation, then yes, with the tablet in the horizontal/landscape position swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the quick settings. Depending on the tablet and Fire OS you have, it can say "auto rotate" or just have an arrow going in a circle. Previous versions have had different icons. Tap the icon / symbol to lock the orientation. It should then indicate that orientation being "locked".
If your issue is with the continuous scrolling while reading a book, then:
With the book open, tap in the center, tap on Aa, and then turn off continuous scrolling.
If you're asking about home page icons, then check out the following:
For the New Fire HD8/8th Gen:
Settings > Apps & Notifications > Amazon App Settings > Home Screens > Change Home Page Navigation
For all other current Fire models:
Settings > Apps & Games > Amazon Application Settings > Home Screens > Change Home Page Navigation
If none of this is what you are needing help with, please advise...
