Have you tried restarting your device to see if the issue persists?
To restart your device, press and hold, or slide and hold, the Power button for a full 40 seconds, even after the screen goes blank, then let go. Press or slide the power button to restart if the device does not start up again on its own.
I’m having same problem with 7th Gen, we have 2 tablets in the house both on the same update OS18.104.22.168 one does it and one doesn’t. I’ve tried the hold down the power button for 40sec and still the same. Anyone got a fix please
