I recently purchased an Amazon Fire 7 (9th gen) tablet to replace a device that failed. I am experiencing difficulty downloading my existing Kindle content to the new device. I have attempted to do so via my Amazon account which generates a message saying content has been successfully delivered to the new device but when I open the app on the Fire 7 there is nothing in the library. Can anyone help? Thanks.
see if your books are there, if they're not, tap on ALL
if you still don't see them, reboot your Fire by holding the power on for a full 40 seconds (ignore any messages that come up), then wait 15 seconds and if it hasn't started to wake up, turn it on again. Also, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a minute
