point 2 , amazon fire table re-set parental control password, screen changes from lanscape to portrait WHY, wasting my time again !
and the screen is covering the reset options with the keyboard but you smart guys art amazon have not worked this out !!!!

direct mail marketing, point 3, sent me nice letter with a sports slant, I have never expressed interest in sports, never purchased any sport related items, and this was in response to my wife cancelling prime, which she did not intend to sign up to , you just conned us out of the package with your lies at checkout. clever laywers maybe .... but crap reputation now. And for how long will that bad taste last....
