Picture is very jerky and no sound will play. Every other program is fine, have tried the usual fixes turning off etc no joy.
I checked through my available information, and I'm not seeing anything to suggest an outage for Grand Tour. Was this a sudden occurrence - ie: were you previously watching, then it just started stuttering today? Or has this been an ongoing problem for awhile?
It would seem from an incredibly protracted telephone call to Amazon customer services today (usual issues with language barrier!) that this has been an issue for the last 48hrs............and the technical team are on it? Come on Amazon get a move on.......We’re currently paying for a service you are not providing.
I can't play it either. Clearly it's not our each individual Fire sticks deciding not to work all on the same night on the same program so please don't give me 'solutions' that need to be solved our end. There is clearly something wrong with this particular episode that needs to be fixed. I have a very unhappy son that wants answers as to why he can't watch the latest episode of the only TV program he ever watches!!

I STILL cannot watch Grand Tour ep 7 its still stuttering and no sound . Ep 8 is fine so far but as this is the only reason I buy Amazon Prime I wont be renewing it next year . They said they were working on it over a week ago ????
