When trying to buy an episode which I have always been able to do previously it keeps saying my 1 click payment method must be enabled.
But this has always previously worked and I have a credit balance in my amazon vouchers. On the TV it never offeres my voucher credit balance and fails on my valid cards entered.
It does this even when I hae checked and reset the settings via my computer.
Hey ecm, I will need some additional information in order to troubleshoot this issue. What device are you having issues with purchasing? Have you tried purchasing the episode on a computer? Thanks!
