I have two fire stick devices and they both stopped working last night. I have tried changing ports on my TV and plugging them both into my laptop. Neither my laptop nor TV recognise that any device has been plugged in. I have changed remote batteries, switched the TV off and on again, switched ports with my sky box (which still works so it's not the port on the TV), and, tried removing the extension lead. Nothing is working. Have they just completely broken at the same time? ( I would normally just go direct to customer services but there was no option for live chat which frankly is highly irritating)
Thank you for your response. Thinking back I'm not sure I've used it since changing my internet to SkyQ. I've read about factory resetting but you need to have past network details which I no longer have. So therefore I can't use the creating a hotspot fix etc. Any ideas? Can amazon do a factory reset on the device itself?
