Everything worked 2 days ago and now I keep getting this error code. Ever other app works...

Please unplug the Fire TV device from the wall, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in to see if that will resolve your issue. Also, please restart your internet modem/router also - it may just need a refresher and a reboot to resolve this error code.
Fire Stick suddenly stopped mid play of an episode of Elementary on Prime. Blue revolving circlular swirl appeared and eventually replaced with above error code telling me that I need to verify my device’s internet connection.
Other apps on fire stick work fine using internet. Rebooted several times but same problem encountered.
This is happening to me! I’m getting so frustrated because I was literally watching a show and then when it went on to the next episode this code keeps popping up!! I have reset, unplugged, reset again and then unplugged and restarted the main router and it’s still not working!!
I have seen posts from February 2018 and it’s now November 2019 so what is so wrong that it has taken over a year for the amazon people to fix??

Clear data and cache of Prime Video done
Reboot of fire stick done
No issue
If same problem tjan in 2018, it's amazon pb and only solution is to wait that they resolve problem.

Suddenly this message appears.
I tried to
- unplug firestick for 30 second and replug
- clear data and cache of application
- reboot stick
And it's still same problem.

Guys it hasn't been resolved because I'm still getting the message today :-(
What is the fix? Whatever the problem is it means I can't access any Prime Content and is impacting Netflix as well.
This message is now appearing every time I try to watch a movie or any downloads and no NETFLIX

- Unplug the Fire TV device from the wall, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in to see if that will resolve your issue.
