Have had a fire stick for just over 2 months, on Friday Netflix stopped working, app loads and it plays trailers, then error tvq-pm-100(5.2.5)
have cleared data, cache, switched everything inc router off and on, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, nothing works ! the Netflix advice page says it is a software fault that only Amazon can fix. it must be a fire stick fault, as evidenced in many forum sites I have looked at. Netflix works properly on other devices btw Hugely disappointed with this device, a waste of money !
