Strangely my Kindle is suddenly not connecting to the internet. The wi-fi option has disappeared from the settings menu of my 4/5th generation Kindle after working great for years!
I've tried a restart, checked it has the latest software installed and the wi-fi connection at home is working fine. I'm at a loss, can anyone help please?
I just want to confirm, the wi-fi option that has disappeared, is it from Home > Menu > Settings > Wi-Fi Networks? If so, given that you have already restarted and checked your software version, I recommend calling in to our Kindle Team for technical support, so they can do some account-specific live troubleshooting with you and pull logs if necessary.
