Can anyone help, please? I have an old Kindle (5th gen) and it won't register to my Amazon account. It's throwing up an error message stating:
"Your Kindle is unable to connect at this time. Please make sure you are within wireless range and try again. If the problem persists, restart your Kindle from the menu in Settings and try again."
It is connected to the internet (at least, it says Wi-Fi at the top and it has 4 out of 5 bars) and I have tried restarting as advised. The password is correct. I'm at a loss!
