When trying to purchase a book, a message came up saying I had to update my one click options- to which I did
I have purchased the book I want however amazon is telling me.I don't have a comparable devise? I have previously purchased over 50 books without any problems
Anyone know how to resolve this issue?
If you've updated your 1-Click settings and Amazon is indicating your device is not compatible, you won't be able to download that title to that device. Exactly which Kindle E-reader are using? (If unsure, use the 'Identify your Device' link at top of the forum.) Does the book's product page state it's formatted to be available to your device? (Post a link to the book in question.)
Also make sure you're shopping on the appropriate Amazon site AND Amazon account on which you've made your previous purchases.
