When my waterproof 10th gen Paperwhite gets wet in the rain (don't ask - I'm like the US post in that "neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night" will keep me from my reading, including as I'm walking to the bus), the screen goes haywire. OK, so I disable the touchscreen, like it says in the user's manual. The next sentence reads "Swiping will still turn the page". Except it doesn't. The screen is now completely frozen until I switch it off and on again. Boo hoo for all that reading I was going to catch up on.
