I recently got a new Kindle Paperwhite (10th gen) and while my Collections appear on my "Manage Content and Devices" on the website, none of my collections appear on my actual Kindle. I've reset/restarted my Kindle and while all the books I've delivered are there, none of my Collections are. Any idea on what I should do to find them?
@Kyra: It sounds as if you may need to select and change your SORT options. If this is not obvious/easy for you then I suggest contacting Amazon using the HELP link on every web page and contact the HELP team who will follow their help scripts and be able to give you step by step assistance.
(Note - There may be an issue with regards to what device you used to create collections. If you had a very old kindle then their software may not have been able to update across all devices.)

However, there is a glitch that I noted over on the US forums as far as Collections and Kindles: Collections newly created on the Amazon website to not show up under the All option and nor do some more recently created Collections on other Kindles that support Cloud Collections. I have one Collection I created on April 19th on the website that I cannot see on my Kindle and one created May 6th on my Voyage that doesn't show up on my new Paperwhite. This is despite multiple syncing, so now i have two of some collections (see image). I thought, before this, that it was impossible to have two Collections with the same name, but now i do.
