My kindle, which has worked for years, now can't find my wifi in the wifi networks section it says 'available wifi networks 0, network not connected' other devices in the house are connected to the wifi. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
I am having the same issue, unable to do anything at all.
Have completed all the suggested options for reboot but Kindle does not respond, every other device is using wifi so no issue with connection in the house. Are our devices no longer supported by Amazon?
