Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone will be able to help!
I'm trying to connect my Kindle Paperwhite to my home Wifi but I'm having issues - I can enter the password and it will connect successfully, but then when I want to do anything e.g. access the Store I get the following message:
'The Wifi network you are connecting to requires you to sign in before accessing the Internet. Do you wish to go to the Experimental Web Browser to sign into [ROUTER NAME]?'
So you click OK, you're taken to the web browser but what you actually get is a 400 Bad Request Error.
I've tried connecting to my router through advanced settings and changing the security to WPA2 etc but none of this works. I have the same error trying to connect through WPS as well.
I'd suggest looking at the wifi service you are connecting to and checking if you are connecting to the wifi router or to the (usual) alternative mobile/remote links that are also enabled from your wifi service provider
(I mean if i try to connect to BT for example i get the real server and about 2 or 3 other bt services for the same connection assuming i am wandering randomly around the uk).
As @CBR notes, your error message would be expected if you were on a bus, hotel, coffee shop. I'd double check what you are connecting to and perhaps consider "forgetting" current connections and connecting to your correct TalkTalk service again.

I wonder why someone would follow their own alternative forum profile.
