I have a Paperwhite 10th Gen and I have went through so many troubleshooting tips to try solve my issues but none have worked so far. Hoping you guys are more helpful than the two Amazon employees (one of which cut me off when they ran out of ideas and the other saying sorry but heres a workaround as I don't have a clue what is wrong)
I currently cannot send anything from Amazon to my Kindle Paperwhite. When I buy new books or send samples, they go into the cloud but don't appear on the Kindle. I'm then have to download them from cloud. This wouldn't be as much as an issue (just really annoying) but over the weekend I had to reset my Kindle to factory settings because I was having some restart issues (it just kept randomly restarting for no reason mid-read). This means I now need to download everything again and I was hoping to use the deliver method via my account as pre-reset I had issues with downloading from the cloud.
For the record,
Triple checked that my Kindle was default and even beyond that changed the name to make sure I wasn't sending to another random Kindle by mistake.
This didn't work pre-reset either so was hoping the reset would fix that issue - it didn't.
Have restarted my Kindle several times
Have deregistered and reregistered. Did nothing but clear the books I had managed to download via the cloud.
I'm fully updated to the most recent software; did that prior to reset this weekend and checked again today.
I can buy directly from the store so my wifi isn't an issue.
I've tried to deliver in bulk (all 200 per page) and one at a time but nothing seems to matter.
Can anyone advise? If the deliver to Kindle doesn't work, why does it even exist?!
