My 4th Generation Kinde has recently stopped connecting to WiFi. I have other devices connected to the network and I have tried multiple networks so I know the issue is with the Kindle an not the network.
have you tried rebooting the device by holding the power in for a full 30 seconds? If that doesn't work, I suggest talking to Customer Service (this is not it) and getting some one on one real time help and options:
