No, not a book. It's the daily email from Amazon. It's worked perfectly for years, but now, some days, the email will neither open, nor can it be deleted, so they are beginning to pile up in my inbox. On the days it's working, I open it and then delete it when I have finished with it.
It sounds as if your Fire device is working perfectly. However it also sounds as if there is an issue with your mail service. Go to the help pages for whoever provides you with mail - Google, Yahoo, BT, Outlook, PO, whoever. By all means contact Amazon, I'm sure that they will try to help you, but it will boil down to having to do something with your mail service i'm afraid.
Really? The post I was replying to was. The post that @Damaskcat was referring to was not. I know, reading never has been your strong point. Will not see you any Tuesday. Especially when the term is a known veiled insult of the vilest kind and reported to Amazon for vulgarity and crass ignorance. Carry on seeking attention. It's all you want, need, crave and are good for.
Really? It looks to me as though you weren't replying to anyone in particular. No-one mentioned a Fire on this thread until you did. :-) See you next Tuesday on the new improved Kindle forum when I'm back from a holiday. Not sure what's vile about that, Combie. Just realised you made another massive error. You used your Amazon Customer account to reply to me instead of your Combat Wombat one. OOPS! LOL! Fred's uncle Clive kissed Edith Roberts. Regards, Jill Bagg
You still there, Amazon Customer/Combat Wombat? I've checked through this thread with my great big magnifying glass and it was definitely you who mentioned a Fire first. So I'm not who were you replying to, because it doesn't seem to be a post on this thread. Perhaps you got mixed up again. :-)
