I am having a very very big problem trying to get the Jinvoo Smart app because it is asking me for a password, where am I supposed to find this password or do I have to create a Jinvoo account?

As you don't already have an account there should be a registration option see this link for full instructions.
I still can't do it. Do I have to get the Jinvoo app from Google Play or Apple? because they were my options, Can't see anything to do with Amazon. I've got an amazon fire tablet and laptop with Windows 10 and desktop computer also Windows 10, I have been using the tablet for Alexa so far, saying that, I've only got one thing working upto now and that is just a white bulb I bought the same time I bought this Phillips colour bulb. I asked would I have to start downloading things when I bought the echo and i was told 'NO'

You were not informed correctly, most smart home devices either need an app downloaded or a skill added from the Alexa app. In this case if you go into the Alexa app and look for the Jinvoo skill it gives the same instructions as the link I previously provided, you have to download the app, register it and when you have the account number and password go back into the Alexa app, link the skill and the box that comes up asking for name and password are the Jinvoo ones. Make sure you pick the right country the UK is near the bottom of the very long list and the USA is the default country.
Depending on whether you are using an Apple or Android device will determine which store you have to get the app from.
I am getting a bit frustrated with the Jinvoo app and devices. First it takes an age to link devices, then Alexa reports them as unresponsive despite the skill being enabled and reset twice. The lights in my lounge were working yesterday but when I switched them on tonight, they had reset into pairing mode and I had to spend another hour with flashing bulbs linking them up to the network. Now the sockets are not responsing via Alexa and seem to be available on both Jinvoo Smart and eFamilyCloud. Any suggestions?
Similar problem? I bought and set up two bulbs in December that have worked perfectly since day one both in the Jinvoo app and via Alexa. Today I set up two more bulbs and these work intermittently through the Jinvoo app but show as “unresponsive” in the Alexa app... very confused as all bulbs are the same and the later two can be seen by Alexa in the app but not controlled! Help!
My kids each have an Alexa, the Jinvoo App is happy to connect to each device simultaneously, but the Alexa app only connects to one at a time, and kicks the other out of Alexa app connection as you reregister in Jinvoo skills. Very frustrating.
I purchased the Jinvoo Smart App and Like everyone else in the forum, I cant do a thing with it. I cant locate registration and wants passwords I don't have. Is there a real help person out there? If there's no chat room or customer help desk for this product, I will be requesting a return. I bought light switches and plug ins. My frustration level with all of this isn't worth high blood pressure problems. I also spent a good part of the day installing a scanning device to my smart phone to take a picture of QR code and it sits on my phone and unable to forward to where ever its suppose to go, yet another detour that takes me no where.

Have you discovered new devices in the Alexa app?

Have tried making a smart group as well.

I had the same problem.
THE FIX:
1. Download the Jinvoo Smart APP for iPhone or Android first
not the alexa skill, the phone app
2. Register via the APP (you can use Phone# or Email address)
3. Open Alexa App
4. Open Skills and use that registration info.
