If I use Alexa voice control to request music, she says she can’t find what I ask for. But If I call up the same music from the app, it plays.

Any ideas how to resolve it?

 Have you consulted the excellent Sonos forum? Have you activated Amazon in Sonos? Have you looked at the commands in Sonos? Have you ............

please give full details of your set up and what you have tried.
