When using Amazon Photo, I am seeing "BackUp complete with error" but i cannot find the actual error. All files seem to be backing up so I am not sure where the error is. Does anyone know whether there is a log file I can check?

I have tried reinstalling the app.
Thanks.
Hi DSE22, Welcome to our Digital and Device Forum!
I'm sorry that you have this problem. From what device to you access your Amazon Photo account? Have you tried accessing your Amazon Photo account from a Web browser? Try this and see if you have any deleted photos or files on it.
I am accessing the backup from the Amazon Photos App on Windows. It is version 6.0.2.f0c60ecf of the app. It is witihn this app that i am seeing the error message. When i check the drive within a browser, i am not seeing any obvious problems but I'll have another look.
Hi. I checked on the web and there is still no obvious reason for the failure message. I am surprised that there isn't a log somewhere that shows which file is cuasing the error. Thanks.

If you are looking for the Windows error logs they are well hidden.
Go into control panel and type log in the search bar, it is then in "administrative tools"
I found an error in AppData\Roaming\Amazon Cloud Drive\Logs that pointed to a particular file that was "missing". I therefore created a new file with the same name. This cleared the error. I haven't a clue what happened to the original file though! I couldn't find it anywhere, not even in the recyclnig bin.

Anyway, the annoying error has gone now :)
