When I download certain playlists to my Android phone from Amazon music (I have an unlimited subscription) I get the error message - playback error Exception 182.
The most recent example of this is when I downloaded the playlist - Dad Rock - and several tracks displayed this message (Jean Genie / Glory Days as examples) but the other tracks in the playlist played without issue. This is most annoying when listening via Bluetooth on wireless headphones as you have to clear the error message on the phone before you can skip onto the next track.
I have the same issue on my brand new Samsung s10+. What I ended up doing was downloading the file to my computer, then copying it over to my phone and it played the file just fine. Not a clue why it wouldn't work otherwise.
Same thing happens to me periodically. I tried all the suggested tricks, which didn't work, so what i do is uninstall and reinstall the app and that seems to fix the issue for a few weeks or so. Must be a glitch in the app because everything is up to date on my phone
