Suddenly the Web Player (https://music.amazon.co.uk) is hanging at the splash screen on my laptop. On another laptop with access to the same account it is fine. They are both running Edge on Win10. Support pages for the Prime Music Web Player are non-existent (are you listening Amazon?). Does anyone know a resolution to the issue?

As I have said it works with other laptops so it is some interaction between my copy of Edge on this laptop and the Web Player. Edge is set to use Adobe Flash Player and I have confirmed that it set to Allow Adobe Flash on the https://music.amazon.co.uk/ site.
