Several times I have downloaded music on my phone to listen to offline but then find it all has been deleted, the whole music cache has been cleared.
This seems to happen if someone else, like my wife, Logs onto her normal Amazon account on my phone.
Even when I log back in all the music has gone. This is logging into and out of my normal Amazon account NOT the music app.
Very frustrating and time wasting. Is this an error or an a doing something wrong?
As long as you stayed signed in, downloaded music stays on your device. If you sign out and another person signs in on your main Amazon account it will pull downloads of the device. I agree there should be an easier way to do this and you can always enter feedback about this here.
