Please please please Amazon, can you and Google sort this childish spat out?
Yet again it's me, the customer, who ends up suffering.
I purchased the Fire TV to turn my TV into a smart TV and that includes Youtube.
Had Youtiube not been available a year ago, I would have purchased an alternative product.
I read that the reason Google is stopping you using Youtube is due to you not letting them sell their Google products on your store?
That is simply stupid. I would have thought that 95% of people interested in buying say a Google Home product, will only be doing so after researching, hence will still buy from elsewhere regardless of whether or not you have them in your store.
Meanwhile, as is always the case when two companies act like children, your loyal customers are the ones that loose out.
I absolutely agree. I bought fire tv for myself in November and recently purchased it for my mum for Christmas in particular for her to access YouTube easily! I am so............... disappointed and upset that it is going and I've not even given it to her yet! Please please please do something about this cause I know he enjoyment she'll get from using it. Any chance this can be turned around before 1/1/18? PLEASE!!!!!!!!
