I have not been able to open books since this morning: a message appears saying:" Application error": the application chosen could not start, please try again.
I tried to turn it off and on again but still have that problem: I can't open any of the books I downloaded.
This is the first time I have this issue: can anybody help?
Hi soon, Sorry you are having trouble with this, and restarting the device is a great first step. You will want to check for software updates. To determine the current software version on your Kindle tap the Menu icon in the home tab, and then tap Settings. From Settings, tap the Menu icon again, and then tap Device Info. If you have the latest update, it should look like this: Kindle 22.214.171.124. If you are all up to date, try deleting the book and then downloading it again.

i have a hudle and it wont let me open my recent new books it comes up saying no internet connection check your wifi or network connection which i have done i have tried also rebooting but still get the same message can you help please
