@Bookworm: Not sure what is not clear from the other 41 posts on this thread:
- Amazon "give away" all the episodes / movies / shows / stuff they can when THEY ARE GIVEN IT BY THE DISTRIBUTOR.
- Amazon do not manage / control / own what is given away by the DISTRIBUTOR
- Amazon give away what they get free. They charge for what they have to pay for.
If a DISTRIBUTOR or PRODUCER gives away something then Amazon give it away - if that same DISTRIBUTOR or PRODUCER decides to start charging for it then Amazon ... charge for it.
Please, tell me what is unclear or confusing. This thread is just ridiculous! It seems to be filled with people asking why Amazon suddenly charge for something that someone ELSE controls the price of. Just not sure how else members need to explain, in little words, it's NOT AMAZON who control the prices!!!!!

Thank you CombatWombat - despite the SHOUTY WORDS and ranty content, that actually broke through all the confusing posts I read beforehand and explains it quite well (didn't need the little words, just the bullet points). Cheers! :)
