Sorry, originally posted as a reply to a query about tennis on Prime, but reposting as a new thread as it's specific to the Eurosport channel on Prime, rather than Prime's own tennis coverage.
Prime Video generally works fine, but the Eurosport channel just buffers endlessly and gives me an "insufficient bandwidth" error. It used to work OK with a Fire TV stick, but doesn't on my new Samsung smart TV (Samsung UE55NU7405). Other Prime channels, and other providers (Netflix etc.) are all fine, so I don't believe it's anything to do with my bandwidth.

There are no "Channels" on Prime..it is a video streaming service.
So, what "Eurosport" Channel do you mean ..is one of these apps in this link? https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=Eurosport+channel&rh=n%3A5862531031&ref=nb_sb_noss
If not please show us what you mean with a screenshot?
peterhowe7720, a Prime membership does have the added option of Channel subscriptions, one of which Eurosport
