Shouldnt amazon remove supplier if they are not delivering the goods?

For a delivery problem, go to the order in your account and click the "contact seller" button if there is one. There should be one if you have bought from a marketplace seller. If there is not one, click on "help" at the top or bottom of every page on the main shopping site. Then select "need more help" from the common options and "contact us".
