Amazons "help" response was it "gives customers more choice" was wrong and misleading.
I bought a bird feeder a few months ago and was very happy with it however I recently bought a different model by the same maker which very poor, I clicked the review link and it went to the previous one giving me no way to review the poor quality one.
This is not a new thing but it is getting worse, there seems to be no way of contacting anyone in Amazon that seems capable of more than a copy and paste response.
I suppose the easy answer is to stop reviewing but that means the % of the many fake reviews increase.
This is complete nonsense. Fakespot does not work with individual reviews, but only with all the reviews (and there have to be a sufficient number) attaching to any given product.
You are partially right however it does identify at least one it considers fraudulent and the person / review can be identified by the text. If it happens to flag one of yours you can identify it. The quote is from a random listing and I believe in this case it was correct and easy to find the review and hence the reviewer almost all their reviews seemed suspect.
incidentally I ran it on reviews where several were by known dodgy reviewers and it did not find any.
Least authentic review
Looks very nice and it is dimmable got 9 different modes, worth the price.
