Hi, i really hope to get some help here.Last week my ip camera arrived.So i started to install the app and run it.But of course sometimes little can go wrong wich did.After i scan the qr code with the camera i hear the sound 'bugu' , after this i'm stucked.Then i should Tap: Hear tone. And as you see have it from last week i really can't find, see that, wich i need if not can't go further and complete install.I made a big mistake when order i took amazon.fr, but i don't understand the language.Wich give me the big problem i have now.,Can't get help , even not in english.

I'm sorry that you have problems with your device. Can you clarify, what region you are in?
and use Chat and start out with the fact that you need to talk in English not French. I know they have English speaking people in Customer Service because I've used it myself.
