I've noticed on my credit card bill that I've been charged £3.99 several times over the last couple of months for 'Amazon Digital Svcs'. I don't have any orders that match up so I'm a bit stumped - has anyone else discovered this?
look at your subscriptions on your account.
Contact Amazon using the HELP button if you can not solve the problem yourself.
several possibilities occur to me, none of which are possible to be verified by the other customers and forum moderators on this board (no one here can access your account):
1. you signed up for something (these are subscriptions, not orders, so they won't show under orders)
2. a transfer fee for using 3G for personal documents instead of wifi.
I suggest talking to Customer Service (this is not it) and they will be able to help you:

If only it were that easy. All that happens is that I go around in circles.
I have cancelled the "benefits" that I never signed up for twice now and still they charge me £7.99 a month. I think that's fraud but it's below the level where the police will do anything.
My bank - Halifax - are slightly less useful than an ice-sculptured teapot.
